Your questions, answered
You're based in Italy. What if you disappear?
From day one the code, the repository and the cloud account are in your company's name. Any developer can pick it up.
Where is our data?
In the UK, on Microsoft Azure (UK South). We sign a data processing agreement with you before we touch any data.
How do we work together day to day?
Italy is one hour ahead of the UK. Video calls in your working hours, replies within one working day, and a demo every two weeks.
What if we think of new things halfway through?
The Blueprint fixes scope and price. New ideas are quoted separately before any work starts, never billed by surprise.
Do you connect to our accounting software?
We connect to Xero and QuickBooks through their official APIs, so invoices are never typed twice. For Sage, we agree the best option during the Blueprint.
How do you invoice?
In pounds, from our VAT-registered business in Italy. As a UK business you account for VAT under the reverse charge, as with any overseas supplier.
